JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s August 2020 wages and in respect of the accrued holiday pay properly payable to him upon the termination of his employment. The Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant in the net sum of £2,451.16.[2]Reasons having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless they were asked for at the hearing or are requested in writing within 14 days of the date of this judgment being set to the parties.
