JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claims of holiday pay and disability discrimination (comprising direct disability discrimination pursuant to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 and unlawful harassment under section 26 of the Equality Act 2010) are dismissed following the claimant’s withdrawal of these claims during the hearing.[2]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is not well founded as she was not dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claims of part time worker discrimination contrary to the Part Time Worker (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000 and unlawful detriment pursuant to section 47(E)(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 are not well founded. Case No.: 4105602/2020 Page 2[4]The claimant’s claims in respect of unlawful deduction of wages (pursuant to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996) and breach of contract (pursuant to the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (Scotland) Order 1995) are not well founded.[5]Each of the claims raised by the claimant is therefore dismissed.
