JUDGMENT

[1]the claim for unpaid holiday pay is dismissed;[2]the remaining complaints will proceed to the Hearing which is due to commence on 3 July 2017. ETZ4 (WR)

REASONS

[1]A claim form was submitted on behalf of the claimant on 17 November 2016 in which it was alleged inter alia that he was due holiday pay.[2]A response was submitted on behalf of the respondent on 16 December 2016 denying the claim in its entirety.[3]However, subsequently, the respondent acknowledged that the claimant was due outstanding holiday pay and the Tribunal has now been advised by the claimant’s solicitor that the sum due in this regard has now been paid in full.[4]Accordingly, I shall issue a Judgment dismissing this complaint.
