No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the first respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £486.69.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and was entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,699.80. The claimant received a payment of £1,213.11 from the Redundancy Payments Service. Therefore, the first respondent is ordered to pay the remaining £486.69. J McCluskey
