No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The first respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £25.90.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the first respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,065.08.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and was entitled to a redundancy payment of £10,816.38. The claimant received a payment of £7,718.76 from the Redundancy Payments Service. Therefore, the first respondent is ordered to pay the remaining £3,097.62. J McCluskey
