No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,280.40 (gross).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £807.69 (gross).[3]The claimant has raised a claim regarding an alleged failure by the respondent to enroll her in a pension scheme. This is not a matter which is within the Tribunal’s jurisdiction and this claim is dismissed as a result.[4]The hearing listed on 10 January 2023 is cancelled.
