JUDGMENT
The Tribunal’s judgment, issued with the consent of the parties under Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure Regulations) 2013 is that;(1) The claimants claim in respect of a redundancy payment is well founded and he is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £6,009.60.(2) The claimants claim is respect of non-payment of holiday pay is well founded, and he is entitled to payment in respect of annual leave accrued but not taken on termination of his employment in the sum of £1,111.76.
