JUDGMENT
The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and her complaints, in so far as they relate to the alleged conduct of Dennis Cudidihy (only), of direct sex discrimination and sexual harassment / harassment related to sex, having been withdrawn by the claimant at the preliminary hearing on 29 November 2023, are dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. The remainder of the claimant’s complaints shall proceed in accordance with the Case Management Note and Order of even date. ___L Murphy
