No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £10801.70 in this respect.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1703.34 in this respect (being £523.47 in respect of furlough salary, £224.34 in respect of salary top up and £955.53 in respect of holiday pay).[3]The hearing listed for 8 January 2021 is cancelled.
