[4]The claim in respect of unpaid holiday pay for the leave year 2019/2020 fails and is dismissed.

[5]The claim for unpaid holiday pay for the holiday year 2020/2021 succeeds. The claimant is awarded the sum of £1,393.60.

[6]This is a gross sum from which PAYE tax and national insurance contributions shall be deducted by the respondent and who shall account for that to HMRC.
