JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued orally with reasons, is that the claimant was unfairly dismissed following a transfer under the Transfer of Undertakings (Transfer of Employment) Regulations 2006, and that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of:[1]FIVE HUNDRED AND TEN POUNDS (£510) in respect of arrears of pay and commission;[2]EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY POUNDS AND FIFTY PENCE (£8,860.50) in respect of unfair dismissal; and[3]FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NINETY POUNDS (£4,590) in respect of notice pay.
