No responses have been presented to these claims and Employment Judge Shona MacLean has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The complaint by the first claimant and the 21 other claimants listed in the attached schedule that the respondent failed to comply with the requirement under Section 188(1B)(b)(ii) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 was well founded. 4105460/2017 & 21 Others[2]There should be a protective award made in respect of the first claimant and the 21 other claimants listed in the attached schedule who were dismissed as redundant by the respondent on 6 July 2017.[3]The protected period should be 90 days beginning on 6 July 2017.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the first claimant and the 21 other claimants listed in the attached schedule the appropriate remuneration under Section 190 of the of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992
