[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant a basic award of £4,320 (Four Thousand, Three Hundred and Twenty Pounds) (£216 x 20 weeks).[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant a monetary award of £4,572.04 (Four Thousand, Five Hundred and Seventy Two Pounds, Four Pence).[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,909.48 (Two Thousand, Nine Hundred and Nine Pounds, Forty Eight Pence) (14 weeks x £207.82). 4104286/2016[5]The respondent shall pay the claimant his Tribunal fee of £250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds).
