No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant`s wages and is ordered to pay the clamant the sum of £26.80 (Twenty Six Pounds, Eighty Pence). The claimant seeks payment of 3 weeks statutory sick pay which is an unlawful deduction from wages under Section 27 of the Employment Rights Act. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £265.35 (Two Hundred and Sixty Five Pounds, Thirty Five Pence) being 3 weeks at £85.45 per week.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £134.01 (One Hundred and Thirty Four Pounds, One Pence).[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £160 (One Hundred and Sixty Pounds) being the lodgment fee paid by the claimant. 4105259/2016[4]The hearing listed on 11 January 2017 is cancelled.
