JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the Respondent is amended from “CDM Edinburgh Limited” to “CDM (Edinburgh) Limited” under rule 34.[2]It is declared that on 14 July 2023 the Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in relation to work performed by her during the four-week period ending on 9 July 2023, in the sum of £841.35. ETZ4(WR)[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £841.35 as compensation in respect of the unauthorised deduction of wages.[4]Reasons having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless they were asked for at the hearing or are requested in writing within 14 days of the date of this judgment being sent to the parties. 10
