JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued orally with reasons, is that the claim for unlawful deduction from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the following sums:[1]ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY SEVEN POUNDS (£187) in respect of arrears of pay for the period from 13 to 15 March 2018;[2]THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY NINE POUNDS (£359) in respect of the claimant’s untaken annual leave for the period from 1 January 2018 to 15 March 2018.
