JUDGMENT

For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on 21 November 2022, the Employment Tribunal issues the following Judgment namely:[1]The respondent company shall pay to the claimant the sum of Three Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£3,250) being unpaid wages for the months of May and June 2022;[2]The respondent company shall pay to the claimant the sum of Twenty-Eight Pounds and Seventy Pence (£28.70) being mileage incurred by the claimant in performance of her duties (252 miles x 45p); E.T. Z4 (WR)[3]The respondent company shall pay to the claimant Three Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£350) being 3.5 days holiday accrued in the course of her employment but unpaid. CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 In accordance with the power set out in Rule 69 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013, I hereby correct the clerical mistake(s), error(s)or omissions(s) in the Judgment sent to the parties on 25 November 2022, by deleting:[1]Three Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£3,250) and substituting therefore Three Thousand, Eight Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£3,850).[2]Twenty-Eight Pounds and Seventy Pence (£28.70) and substituting therefore One Hundred and Thirteen Pounds and Forty Pence (£113.40) An amended version of the Judgment is attached.
