No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £433.75.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £122.63.[3]The respondent failed to comply with the ACAS Code of Practice and Discipline and Grievance by failing to take action in response to the claimant’s grievances. The respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant an uplift of £139.01.[4]The respondent has failed to issue a statement of particulars of employment. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £451.68 based on average weekly earnings of £127.03.
