No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £4,224 (12 weeks @ £352 per week).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,984 (17 weeks @ £352)[3]The hearing listed on 12 January 2018 is cancelled.
