JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal, delivered orally with reasons, is that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the following sums:-(i) the sum of £577.35 (Five Hundred and Seventy Seven Pounds, Thirty Five Pence), being the net sums due in respect of unpaid notice pay;(ii) the sum of £692.82 (Six Hundred and Ninety Two Pounds, Eighty Two Pence), being the net sum due in respect of outstanding unpaid wages due for one week and one day as at the termination of the claimant`s employment;(iii) the sum of £130 (One Hundred and Thirty Pounds0 in respect of wages unlawfully deducted for a “damages fund”; E.T. Z4 (WR)(iv) the sum of £808.29 (Eight Hundred and Nine Pounds, Twenty Nine Pence) in respect of accrued but unpaid holiday pay; and(v) the sum of £1,956 (One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty Six Pounds), representing the maximum sum due in respect of the respondent`s failure to provide a statement of written terms and conditions, the Tribunal having decided that it is just and equitable to award 4 weeks` pay.
