JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the hearing the Employment Tribunal finds that the claimant’s claims are well-founded and makes the following Orders:[1]The respondent company shall pay the claimant the sum of One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Five Pounds (£1,995) as a redundancy payment calculated with regards to the claimant’s length of service and gross pay;[2]The respondent company shall pay the claimant the sum of Sixty Five Pounds and Fifteen Pence (£65.15) being three months accrued holiday pay outstanding at the date of redundancy; E.T. Z4 (WR)[3]The respondent company shall pay the claimant the sum of One Hundred and Ninety Pounds (£190) being one week’s pay in lieu of notice.
