JUDGMENT
An Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Three Pounds (£453).[2]The claimant was dismissed for reasons of redundancy. The respondent shall pay to the claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Thirty Six Pounds (£2,236) (being 4.5 x 9 week’s pay capped at £497).[3]The hearing scheduled for 3 August 2018 is cancelled.
