JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that(1) the Tribunal does have jurisdiction under section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 to hear the claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction of wages;(2) the claimant suffered unlawful deductions from wages, contrary to the provisions of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in the sum of £6,556;(3) by reason of the matters aforesaid, the second respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £6,556; and(4) the claim in so far as directed against the first respondent is dismissed.REASONS
