JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name is amended to Harco Transport Solutions Ltd.[2]During the period in which he worked for it, the Claimant was not an employee or worker of the Respondent under s.230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s wages claim against the Respondent under s.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The Claimant’s wages claim against the Respondent is struck out under Rule 37(1)(a) (no prospect of success given lack of jurisdiction).
