JUDGMENT

This claim is struck out under the provisions of rule 37 (1)(d) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 on the grounds that it has not been actively pursued.

[1]This claimant failed to attend the preliminary hearing listed on 04 June 2024.[2]The Employment Judge hearing the case on the day (Employment Judge O’Donnell) was satisfied this claimant was aware that the hearing fixed was taking place.[3]On 05 June 2024 the Tribunal gave this claimant an opportunity to give written reasons by 19 June 2024 or to request a hearing in order to consider why the claim should not be struck out. No reply was received from this claimant.[4]This claimant’s claim is therefore struck out under rule 37(1)(d) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
