JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that(i) the claimant was unfairly dismissed for a reason relating to pregnancy in terms of Section 99 of the Employment Rights Act 1996;(ii) the respondents shall pay to the claimant compensation of £562.50 (Five Hundred and Sixty Two Pounds, Fifty Pence);(iii) the claimant was unlawfully discriminated against by the respondents in terms of Section 18(2) of the Equality Act 2010;(iv) the respondents shall pay to the claimant damages of £7,000 (Seven Thousand Pounds) &(v) the respondents shall pay the claimant interest for the period from 1 May 2017 to 9 November 201 7 in the sum of £295.29 (Two Hundred and Ninety Five Pounds, Twenty Nine Pence).
