JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 20 December 2022 the Tribunal finds that the claimant’s claims are well-founded. The Tribunal allows the ET1 to be amended to proceed against Croft and Cairns Limited trading as Croft and Cairns,[5]Stockethill Crescent, Aberdeen, Aberdeen City, AB16 5TT further it finds that the respondent company unfairly dismissed the claimant and that they shall pay to the claimant the following sums:[1]Two Thousand, Five Hundred and Sixty-Five Pounds (£2,565) being accrued but unpaid holiday pay due at the date of termination of the claimant’s employment on 1 May 2022 and[2]The sum of One Thousand, Two Hundred and Eighty-Two Pounds (£1,282) E.T. Z4 (WR) being the basic award in relation to the said unfair dismissal.
