JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) By consent, the name of the respondent is amended from “Finsbury Food” to “Lightbody of Hamilton Limited”.(2) The claimant was fairly dismissed for misconduct. The claim for unfair dismissal is not well-founded and it is dismissed.(3) Had any compensation been awarded, it would have been just and equitable to reduce both the basic award and the compensatory award by 100% having regard to the claimant’s contributory conduct.(4) Oral reasons were given in the presence of the parties at the end of the hearing.
