JUDGMENT

For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on 22 March the claimant’s applications for findings that she was due pay in lieu of notice, accrued but unpaid holiday pay, arrears of pay and a redundancy payment are well-founded and that the respondent shall pay the claimant the following sums:(a) Two Thousand, Four Hundred and Ninety-Six Pounds (£2,496) as a redundancy payment based on the claimant’s thirteen years service;(b) One Thousand, Five Hundred and Thirty Pounds (£1,530) being twelve weeks pay in lieu of notice;(c) One Hundred and Twelve Pounds and Fifty Pence (£112.50) being fifteen hours accrued but unpaid holidays and(d) One Hundred and Fifty-Seven Pounds and Fifty Pence (£157.50) being twenty- one hours of unpaid wages due at the date of the termination of employment on 7 June 2016.
