JUDGMENT
(First) The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages, contrary to the provisions of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 2010, in the net sums of; £499.56 in the pay period 19th June to 16th July 2023, and of £984.97 in the pay period 17th July to 13th August 2023. (Second) That the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,484.53 net being a sum equivalent to the total unauthorised deductions made. ETZ4(WR) (Third) That the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,732.49 in compensation for recoverable, accrued but, as at the Effective Date of Termination the claimant’s employment untaken, paid annual leave entitlement. (Fourth) That the respondent shall pay to the claimant compensation in the sum of £1,818, being a sum equivalent to 3 weeks gross pay (40.1 hours x £15 per hour), in terms of section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.REASONS
