No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £7,344.72 (weekly wage of £612.06 x 12 weeks).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £11,935.17 (weekly wage of £612.06 x 19.5 weeks).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,407.95 (daily rate of £122.43 x 11.5 days).[4]The hearing listed on 25 October 2023 is cancelled.
