EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS (SCOTLAND)
Case No 4104251/2025
Mr A MullinClaimantLiving Ambitions LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge O’DonnellDate 7 July 2026

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out under rule 38 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 on the grounds of non compliance with an Order of the Tribunal in terms of rule 38(1)(c).

REASONS

[1]On 27 March 2026, the claimant was ordered to comply with Orders set out by Employment Judge O’Donnell within 28 days. Reminders were issued to the claimant on 05 May 2026 and an extension of time of 14 days was granted to the claimant on 13 May 2026. The claimant has failed to comply with the Orders issued on 27 March 2026.[2]On 09 June 2026 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons by 23 June 2026 or to request a hearing in order to consider why the claim should not be struck out.[3]The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason why such a judgment should not be made or to request a hearing. The Tribunal therefore strikes out the claim. Date sent to parties 7 July 2026
