No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant for 11 week’s pay resulting in the gross sum of £1,584.28 being due to the claimant (which takes account of 2 payments to account received by the claimant of £835.72).[2]The respondent is also ordered to pay the claimant damages in the gross sum of £250 by way of notice pay due to the claimant.[3]The respondent shall also pay the claimant the gross sum of £400 which is unpaid holiday pay due to the claimant (calculated as £50 for 8 days).
