JUDGMENT

[1]the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent;[2]the respondent unlawfully discriminated against the claimant (the relevant protected characteristic being disability) in terms of s.15 and s.20 of the Equality Act 2010; S/4104218.2016 Page 2[3]the respondent shall pay to the claimant, by way of compensation the sum of Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fourteen Pounds (£7,914); and[4]the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of One Thousand, Two Hundred Pounds (£1,200) in respect of the Tribunal fees incurred by her.
