JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred and Ten Pounds (£2,310).[2]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded, the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Three Pounds (£1,843).[3]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Seven Hundred and Forty Eight Pounds (£748).[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with rest breaks. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Two Thousand Pounds (£2,000).[5]The Hearing arranged for 6 July 2018 is cancelled.
