No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4320 (gross). This sum is calculated based on the claimant completing 150 hours at a rate of £8.91 per hour (£1336.50) and 325 hours at a rate of £9.18 per hour (£2983.50).[2]The hearing listed on 30 September 2022 is cancelled.
