JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made and unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of Seven Hundred and Twenty Nine Pounds and Twelve Pence (£729.12) (net), that is payment for seven days of accrued but unpaid wages.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of One Thousand and Forty One Pounds and Sixty Six Pence (£1,041.66) (net), that is payment in respect of ten days untaken holiday accrued on termination of employment.[3]The hearing listed on 29 June 2018 is cancelled.
