JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued orally with reasons, is that the claim for unlawful deduction from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the following sums:[1]EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO POUNDS AND SEVEN PENCE (£882.07) in respect of arrears of pay for the period from 1 to 15 February 2018;[2]TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR POUNDS AND SEVENTY PENCE (£284.70) in respect of unpaid holiday pay;[3]ONE HUNDRED AND THREE POUNDS AND EIGHTY ONE PENCE (£103.81) in respect of sums due for unpaid expenses.
