JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s wages claim against the Respondent under s.13(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the gross sum of £4,621.44 (from which it may withhold any appropriate deductions for income tax, national insurance contributions, and pension contributions). NOTE[1]Judgments are published online after they have been sent to the parties.[2]Reasons for the Tribunal’s decision having been given orally, written reasons will not be provided unless a request is made by either party at the hearing or within 14 days of the sending of the written record of the decision.
