JUDGMENT

For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on 4 October 2023 the Employment Judge finds that the claim for accrued but unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and orders the respondent company to pay the claimant unlawfully withheld wages in the sum of Six Hundred and Ninety Five Pounds and Forty Pence (£695.40): the respondent will be entitled to satisfy the Judgment by deducting from the gross sum payable such amounts of Income Tax and Employee National Insurance contributions (if any) that it may be required to by law and deduct a payment of E.T. Z4 (WR) earnings of the amount paid to the claimant and if it does so duly remits such sums so deducted to HM Revenue & Customs provide to the claimant a payslip showing the amount of deductions submitted to HMRC.
