The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claims for unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction from wages are dismissed.REASONS
[1]On 24 October 2023, Judge Whitcombe issued an Unless Order in this case under Rule 38 in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The Order had to be complied with by no later than 3 November 2023. E.T. Z4 (WR)[3]The claimant failed to comply timeously with the Order.[4]Accordingly, the claims for unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction from wages are dismissed.
