No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £538.46 (gross), 5 days 1 May to 5 May 2023.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued holiday entitlement of 2.2 weeks (2.2 x £538.46) and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1184.61.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1921.90 (net) (4 weeks’ notice pay for the period 2 May to 3 June 2023).[4]The claimant made a claim for payment of pension contributions. This claim is not a claim the Employment Tribunal may determine and is a matter for the Pension Regulator.
