JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal delivered orally with reasons on 22 October 2020 was that:(1) The respondent’s designation is amended to add the word “Limited”;(2) The claimant did not have two years’ continuous employment with the respondent. The claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant; and(3) The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay money in lieu of contractual notice. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £7,263 (Seven Thousand, Two Hundred and Sixty- Three Pounds) in compensation.
