[1]Parties were notified of case management Preliminary Hearing set for today at 10 am by the Tribunal by letter dated 2 October 2020. The respondent did not take part, having not presented an ET3.[2]The claimant did not take part, the clerk having made such reasonable enquiries as were practicable about the reasons for the claimant’s absence, including seeking to making contact via both telephone numbers provided by the claimant.[3]The claims are dismissed in terms of Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.
