JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of unlawful deductions from wages and for the respondent not providing a statement of particulars of employment succeed, and the claimant is awarded a total sum of SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY ONE POUNDS (£731), being £131 for the former claim and £600 for the latter claim.[2]The remaining claims are dismissed on withdrawal under Rule 52.REASONS
[1]For the reasons given orally the claims for unlawful deduction from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, and for the respondent not providing the claimant with a statement of particulars of employment under section 1 of the said Act, and by virtue of section 11 of the Employment E.T. Z4 (WR) Tribunals Act 1996, succeed and the claimant is awarded the sum provided for above. The remaining claims were withdrawn during the Final Hearing.[2]Unless either party asks for written reasons for the Judgment within 14 days of the written record of this decision being sent to the parties no written reasons will be provided, under the terms of Rule 62(3).
