JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that it does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claims of unlawful deductions and holiday pay on the grounds that a settlement agreement was entered into between the parties that complied with section 203 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and regulation 35 of the Working Time Regulations 1998, and the claims are accordingly dismissed.
