JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) The complaint of direct race discrimination in relation to the accuracy of interview feedback was presented within the period specified by section 123 of the Equality Act 2010. Although it was not presented within the period specified in section 123(1)(a) it was presented within a period which the Tribunal thinks just and equitable in accordance with section 123(1)(b).(2) None of the complaints of direct race discrimination are well-founded.
