No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £432.98 (net).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £681. This is calculated having regard to the following at date of termination of employment:- claimant’s age (45), length of service (2 complete years) and weekly wage (£227).[3]The hearing listed on 21 June 2019 is cancelled.
