No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The Employment Judge granted the claimant’s application to amend the claim to include a complaint in respect of the payment of notice.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1935 (being 15 weeks in circumstances where 2 weeks’ notice was paid] x £129 net per week).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2902 (being 22.5 x £129 gross per week).
