REASONS
1 . The Tribunal has received no recent communication from the claimant in this case. The Tribunal wrote to the claimant on 4 October 2022, 17 October 2022, 28 October 2022, 4 November 2022 and 15 November 2022 to which no reply has been received.[2]On 23 November 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons or to request a hearing in order to consider why the claim should not be struck out, a reply was required by 30 November 2022.[3]The claimant has failed to respond or give reasons why such a judgment should not be made or to request a hearing. The T ribunal therefore strikes out the claim.[4]The hearing listed for 5 December 2022 is cancelled.
